We use polyethylene waste that has
completed its product lifecycle collected especially from manufacturing
facilities and factories with production errors or clean usage waste and turn
this waste into granule in new generation machines by processing in extruder
machine after cleaning and separation processes.
The collected waste use in our
facilities is at a low level. The plastic granule products are manufactured by
using new generation high technologies and according to high-quality
specifications.
The polyethylene and polypropylene
waste materials that will be the raw material of the granule are collected in
our Ergene factory. The collected waste is sorted for
their type and turned into small pieces with crushing machines.
The
semi-finished product is turned into small pieces with crushing and heat is
applied to the crushing machine to break them into even smaller pieces. The
density of the material is increased to make them smaller with bonding.
The
semi-finished products with smaller sizes with condensation are transferred to
granule machine tub and melted with higher temperature. The material is melted
and turned into a paste with high heat and transferred to cooling tubs after
passing from the output pores of the machine. The material is cut into smaller
pieces with the cutting machine as the last step.
The
granules are turned into small pieces, carried to silos, transferred to bags
and prepared for dispatch. The entire manufacturing processes adopt the zero-waste
principle by using methods that do not damage the environment to manufacture
granules in our facilities.2
